At Medentcare, our goal is to offer products with fair and competitive pricing.
If you find a lower price for the same item from a qualified U.S.-based seller (excluding shipping and handling), the price difference may be credited to your account after review and approval. Please provide the competitor’s product link for verification.
How Medentcare’s 100% Price Match Works:
- Orders must be placed online only
Option 1:
- After full payment of your order, email the competitor’s price link to
PriceMatch@meddentcare.com - Please include your Username and Order Number used at checkout
- If approved, the price difference will be credited to your account Wallet
Option 2 (Faster):
- The fastest and easiest method is submitting a ticket through your customer panel
- Include the competitor’s product link in the ticket
- Our representatives will review the request and, if approved,
the equivalent discount amount will be credited to your Wallet
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- All price match requests are subject to Medentcare’s final review and approval
- Medentcare reserves the right to approve, deny, or cancel any request at its sole discretion
- Competitor pricing must be active and verifiable at the time of review
- Requests apply only to completed orders and must be submitted within 7 business days of purchase
- Each order is eligible for one price match request only
Eligible Products:
- The product must be sold by an authorized dealer
- Promotional codes, coupons, or special discounts are not eligible
- The product must be new and not short-dated
- The competitor must not be an auction site or located outside the United States
- Marketplace sellers, third-party resellers, paid membership programs, group sales, and clearance items are excluded
- Medentcare reserves the right to limit quantities and will not sell items below cost

Medentcare Product Satisfaction Guarantee
Medentcare guarantees the quality of its private-label brand products. Requests for product return or exchange must be submitted exclusively by opening a ticket through the Medentcare customer panel and within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, unmarked, and in their original packaging, properly packed for return.
This guarantee does not apply to:
Prescription (RX) items, hazardous materials, or customized, personalized, or special-order products.
After review, final approval, and acceptance of the return by Medentcare, the outcome will be communicated to the customer through the same ticket. The customer may then select one of the following options:

Reshipment of the same product,

Refund to the original payment method, or
-
Refund issued to the customer’s Wallet balance.
Execution of any option remains subject to Medentcare’s final approval.
Wallet credits are non-withdrawable and may be used only for future purchases on the Medentcare website.
Medentcare reserves the right to approve, deny, or reject any request in accordance with its internal policies.
