Shipping & Return Information
General Shipping Information:
Depending on the size and weight of your order, shipments are typically sent via USPS (First Class / Priority) or UPS. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) will ship the same business day.
If your order volume is large and requires palletized shipping, please contact us via support@meddentcare.com so we can arrange the most cost-effective shipping option for you. If you have your own shipping account or preferred carrier, you may also use them to pick up your order.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories:
Please expect significantly longer transit times for destinations outside the continental United States.
Shipping to Canada and outside the U.S.:
At this time, we do not ship to Canada or international destinations.
Return Policy
Items must be unused and in original condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- To request a return, please email support@meddentcare.com (you will receive a tracking number), or submit a ticket through your customer account panel.
- We operate multiple warehouses. Based on the item being returned, our team will provide you with the correct return address. Please ship the returned item only to the address provided.
- Please include a signed note stating the reason for the return along with the original receipt inside the package.
