Return Policy
Items must be unused and in original condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  1. To request a return, please email support@meddentcare.com (you will receive a tracking number), or submit a ticket through your customer account panel.
  2. We operate multiple warehouses. Based on the item being returned, our team will provide you with the correct return address. Please ship the returned item only to the address provided.
  3. Please include a signed note stating the reason for the return along with the original receipt inside the package.
